Summer Ruffle Clutch

In the midst of my quest to use up all of the excess fabric I have accumulated, and idea came to me...Clutches!  I made myself one for my cousin's wedding a few summers ago, but hadn't made any since.  These are the perfect scrappy project.  They don't require much fabric and they can be customized with a whole host of cute and unique details.


So, here is the first in what, I hope, becomes a long line of lovely clutches
